Bursary Awards

 

The Catenians provide Bursary Awards to young Catholics aged 16 to 24 who wish to take part in community based projects at home and abroad.

 

The most recent recipient in Herefordshire is Rebecca Gennard who is using her skils, training and knowledge as a textiles designer to work for three months as a volunteer with Outreach International and the Cambodia Handicrafts Association in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. She received a grant of £300 towards her travelling and living expenses for the trip.
